Why sell roles with SOL instead of manual payments?

Many communities ask members to send SOL to a wallet address, then wait for a mod to assign a role. That does not scale, creates support burden, and looks risky to buyers. A proper checkout flow lets members pay in Discord, confirms payment on-chain, and grants the role automatically.

Setup in four steps

1. Add the Autumnate bot to your Discord server from the install page.
2. Run /setup in your server to register it with the platform.
3. Sign in to the merchant dashboard, add your payout wallet, and create a product priced in SOL.
4. Members use /buy in Discord or your public store page. They pay with Phantom; the VIP role is assigned when payment confirms.

Pricing and fees

Autumnate charges a small platform fee per completed sale — see pricing for the current rate. There is no monthly subscription. Buyers pay your listed price in SOL; the fee is deducted from your payout, not added at checkout.

Test before you go live

Use test or free product modes in the dashboard to walk through checkout without charging real SOL. When you are ready, switch the product to live and share your store link in #rules or announcements.
