Merchant Guidelines

These guidelines are for server owners and admins who sell through Autumnate SolPay. They summarize your responsibilities — the full Terms of Service still apply.

What you can sell

Autumnate SolPay is built for lawful digital commerce in Discord, such as:

• Digital downloads, files, or access links
• Discord roles for VIP, membership, or gated channels
• Time-limited memberships with automatic role assignment
• Access passes to events, content, or communities you operate

You must own or have rights to everything you sell and deliver what you describe in your product listing.

What is prohibited

Do not list or sell anything that is illegal, harmful, or against platform rules, including:

• Stolen accounts, credentials, or fraudulently obtained goods
• Unlicensed software keys or content that infringes copyright
• Illegal drugs, weapons, or regulated items
• Malware, exploits, or tools meant to harm users or systems
• Scams, impersonation, or deceptive listings
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or abusive financial activity
• Anything prohibited by Discord's Terms of Service or applicable law

We may suspend merchants and remove access if you violate these rules. Autumnate is a technology provider — we do not review every product before it goes live.

Delivery and support

• You deliver the product. Configure roles, delivery URLs, and fulfillment correctly in the dashboard.
• You support your buyers. Answer questions, fix delivery issues, and handle product quality for your server.
• Test with test or free product modes before going live.

Disputes and refunds

Autumnate SolPay does not process refunds. Sales are between you and the buyer. See our Refund policy — buyers are told to know and trust you before they pay. Solana payments are typically final.

Payout wallet

• Add a valid Solana payout wallet in Dashboard → Settings before listing live products.
• We deduct the platform fee (see Pricing) from each sale; the rest is sent to your wallet.
• You are responsible for wallet security and receiving funds at that address.

Taxes and legal compliance

You are solely responsible for taxes, licenses, and legal obligations in your jurisdiction (income, sales, VAT, etc.). Autumnate does not provide tax or legal advice.
