Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Autumnate SolPay, including our website, merchant dashboard, Platform API, and Discord bot (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for, access, or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may verify your age by collecting your date of birth. Discord does not provide your date of birth to third-party applications; you must provide it directly when requested.

2. The Service

Autumnate SolPay helps Discord server owners sell digital goods, memberships, and access using Solana payments. We provide tools for product management, checkout, and automated fulfillment. We are not a bank, money transmitter, or custodian of your funds.

3. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants (server owners selling through the Service) agree that they:

  • Are solely responsible for the products and services they sell.
  • Must comply with applicable laws, Discord's Terms of Service, and platform rules.
  • Must configure a valid payout wallet and deliver what they offer buyers.
  • Must provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.
  • Must not sell or facilitate illegal, stolen, fraudulent, or harmful goods or services, including but not limited to: stolen accounts or credentials, unlicensed software keys obtained unlawfully, illegal drugs or weapons, content that violates intellectual property rights, malware, or any product prohibited by Discord or applicable law.
  • Must not use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, scams, or abusive activity.

We may suspend merchants who violate these rules. Autumnate SolPay is a technology provider — we do not vet every product listing.

4. Buyer responsibilities

  • Complete age verification before purchasing through the Discord bot.
  • Know and trust the seller. Purchases are between you and the Discord server merchant, not Autumnate SolPay.
  • Review product details before paying; blockchain payments are generally irreversible.
  • Contact the merchant or server staff for product support and disputes.

5. No refunds

Autumnate SolPay does not process refunds. All sales are between the buyer and the merchant. Solana payments are typically final and cannot be reversed by us. Before buying, you must know and trust the seller. Any refund or dispute is strictly between you and the merchant — we are not a party to that relationship and have no obligation to mediate, reverse payments, or reimburse buyers.

6. Fees

We charge a platform fee on completed transactions as described on our Pricing page. Fees may change with notice on the website.

7. Cryptocurrency risks and taxes

Solana and other digital assets involve volatility, network congestion, and irreversible transactions. You accept these risks when using the Service.

Tax reporting is your responsibility. Autumnate SolPay does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Merchants and buyers are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations related to their transactions, including income, sales, VAT, or capital gains reporting in their jurisdiction.

8. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, appear to be under 18, engage in fraud, sell prohibited items, or create legal or security risk.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE SOFTWARE, OR SPECIFIC RESULTS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTUMNATE SOLPAY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MERCHANT CONDUCT, PRODUCT QUALITY, OR REFUND DISPUTES.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes may require re-acceptance.
