Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work when you buy or sell through Autumnate SolPay. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Autumnate does not process refunds
Autumnate SolPay is not a party to your purchase. We provide payment and fulfillment tools. We do not issue refunds, reverse Solana transactions, mediate disputes, or reimburse buyers on behalf of merchants.
Buyer ↔ merchant only
Every sale is between the buyer and the Discord server merchant who listed the product. If something goes wrong:
- Contact the server owner or staff where you purchased
- Resolve delivery, quality, or refund requests directly with them
- Do not expect Autumnate to reverse payment or force a merchant to refund
Before you pay, know and trust the seller. Review the product description and server reputation.
Crypto payments are final
SOL payments confirmed on-chain are generally irreversible. Neither Autumnate nor the merchant can undo a completed blockchain transfer through this Service. Chargebacks like card payments do not apply.
Test and free purchases
Test and free product modes use mock or $0 flows for setup — no real Solana is charged. Refund policy for real money applies to live purchases only.
Merchant note
Merchants may offer their own refund rules at their discretion, but that is separate from Autumnate. See Merchant guidelines for your responsibilities.
