This Privacy Policy explains how Autumnate SolPay ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, Platform API, and Discord bot.

1. Information we collect

• Discord account data: user ID, username, avatar, and guild membership when you sign in with Discord OAuth.
• Age verification: date of birth you provide for 18+ checks. Discord does not share your date of birth with third-party apps.
• Transaction data: orders, payment status, product IDs, guild IDs, and wallet addresses used for payouts or checkout.
• Technical data: server logs, IP addresses, and device/browser information for security and debugging.

We do not use third-party analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics) on our website.

2. How we use information

• Provide and operate the Service
• Verify you are 18 or older
• Process orders and fulfill digital goods or roles
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Maintain service reliability
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

We process data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as security and service operation. Age verification relies on your consent when you submit your date of birth.

4. Sharing

We may share information with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database)
• Discord (when you use OAuth or bot features)
• Solana network and payment-related services
• Law enforcement when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by law:

• Date of birth and age verification: kept while your verification record exists. You may delete this data anytime in dashboard Settingsunder Privacy & data. If we learn you are under 18, we delete verification data promptly.
• Orders and payment records: retained for the maximum period required by applicable law (typically up to seven years for financial and tax-related records, or longer if a legal hold applies). These records may include your Discord user ID as buyer or merchant.
• Server and security logs: typically retained up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security investigations or legal compliance.
• Discord OAuth session data: managed by your browser session; revoke access anytime in your Discord account settings.

When retention periods expire, we delete or anonymize data where we are not legally required to keep it.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and similar technologies needed for login and security (for example, session cookies). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure. Protect your Discord account and do not share API keys.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data. We support the following:

• Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you by emailing autumnate4you@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
• Delete verification data: remove your date of birth and stored Terms/Privacy acceptance anytime in Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & data.
• Revoke Discord access:disconnect Autumnate from your Discord account in Discord's User Settings → Authorized Apps. This stops new dashboard sign-ins but does not delete records we must keep by law.
• Order records: transaction and payment records may be retained for the period required by applicable law even after you delete verification data or stop using the Service. You may still ask what we hold by emailing us.
• Stop using the Service: you may cease use at any time. Buyers can complete age verification via the dashboard or the /verify-age bot command when they return.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn a user is under 18, we will block access and delete relevant compliance data where appropriate.

10. International users

Your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such processing where permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
